Comme Des Garçons SS2006 Rolling Stones Crewneck
Comme Des Garçons SS2006 Rolling Stones Crewneck
The lips and tongue logo was a 50 pound investment made by Royal College of Art student, John Pasche. He was fascinated by the size of McJagger’s mouth and wanted Rolling Stones fans to appreciate this standout physical feature as much as he did. In 1971 the Band used John’s artwork for their 11th American studio album entitled “Sticky Fingers.” This emblem inspired and can be seen plastered all over the Comme Des Garçons Spring / Summer 2006 runway collection. Models were asked to walk with the same swagger as to represent the movements of the legend himself, Mick Jagger.
This faded cotton crewneck features the classic tongue Rolling Stones graphic with Comme Des Garçons Homme Plus branding.
