After the second World War, soldiers bought and sold levis jeans on the black market. This stream of illegal transactions introduced a lot of Western culture to the East. Kiro and Toshikiyo Harata are a father son duo who have capitalized on this infatuation. Repurposing denim and other garments and selling them out of the denim capital of Japan - Kurashiki. The Japanese Heritage culture and the Harata duo’s obsession with indigo are some of the byproducts that have made the brand, “Kapital” a great success.


This pair of 5-pocket pants features multiple layers of patterns and fabrics that are cut and sewn together in an asymmetric fashion. Green corduroy panels are exposed at the knee and thigh from cuts taken from the layer above. Expect an overall slim/straight fit.
