The attracted audience that a free concert bestows, is an anti-materialist bunch of hallucinogenic drug-users, called hippies. A total of about 1 million people stormed Bethel, New York to watch Creedence Clearwater Revival as the headlining band. EMT’s were on call and at the location for food-poisoning and bare foot injury facilitation. However, the technicians were realistically responsible for eight miscarriages and two negligent deaths. The man who compromised a portion of his farmland so that his festival could take place, summarized the festival simply:
“…You’ve proven something to the world…the important thing that you’ve proven to the world is that a half a million kids, and I call you kids because I have children who are older than you are, a half a million young people can get together and have three days of fun and music and have nothing but fun and music and God bless you for it!
